I had a bad experience with madame bridal. I needed a purple dress. At madame bridal website I found mori lee VM 70402. They had amethyst color as an option and the color that appeared as amethyst in the website matched the color I needed. I would need the dress in a few days, so I paid for the express shipping. The first problem is that the dress was delivered 10 days after the purchase date. If I knew, I would not have paid for this "express" shipping. But, this was not the worst. When I received the dress, the color is not at all the color it appears as amethyst at the website, it is dark blue!! Obviously, I had to buy another dress. What made me more upset was the fact they simply ignored my complaint and I have never heard from them. Really disappointed! I was really surprised, since according to you, mmebridal is commited to make effort to resolve customers complaints.
